Marketing-site privacy posture.
This page covers the public Cairn marketing site and pilot waitlist conversations, not a production customer data-processing agreement.
Last updated: June 9, 2026
Short version
Do not send PHI, regulated artifacts, source code, secrets, customer credentials, submission records, or consultant IP through the public marketing form. Pilot artifact intake happens only after scope, security, legal, and retention posture are approved.
What we collect
We may collect standard website telemetry from hosting and security providers, plus information you choose to submit in the pilot waitlist form, such as email, name, organization, role, device stage, and message.
How we use it
- Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the public site.
- Review pilot fit and respond to waitlist requests.
- Plan read-only audit, workflow buildout, or Device 2 conversations.
- Protect the service from abuse and comply with legal obligations.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information submitted through this site.
- We do not ask for production regulated artifacts through the marketing form.
- We do not use the marketing site to run live provider calls against your systems.
Pilot data
Any read-only audit, source mirror, evidence package, or assisted workflow pilot requires a separate approved intake path and customer-specific data posture. The public site does not grant Cairn authority to write to external systems or process regulated content.
